Return Process

  Securely pack the laser machine or accessory in its original industrial packaging, ensuring all software, cables, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized carrier location; we recommend using tracked shipping for high-value electronic components.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and functionality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
